Please submit the following to complete your registration:

• Vendor Registration Form

• Payment - by check payable to Fiber Fusion NW
  

           OR by PayPal using the button to the right.

• Photos of your booth or product

Completed forms can be: 

• Mailed to Fiber Fusion NW, c/o NSAA, PO Box 1131, Stanwood, WA 98252         

• OR Scanned and emailed to: registrar@fiberfusion.net

Photos can be mailed with forms or transmitted electronically to the Vendor Chairperson at  vendorinfo@fiberfusion.net.
