Examples of items you might consider buying or selling include:
Spinning wheels, un-judged raw fleece, spindles, carders, looms, swifts, knitting needles, crochet hooks, fleece, & fiber related books!


Examples of items NOT accepted:
Items unrelated to fiber, fiber processing, fiber animals, or fiber arts.
Magazines, yarn, processed fiber, artwork, jewelry, paintings, blankets, sweaters, scarfs, hats, and other finished fiber arts items,  etc.

Used Equipment & Fleece Sales - Days/Times

Friday June 6
  • 1:00pm to 7:00pm - Check in for Used Equipment & Sale-Only Fleece
  • 3:00pm to 8:00pm - Check in for Show Fleece
Saturday June 7
  • 7:00am to 6:00pm - Check in for Used Equipment & Sale-Only Fleece (NO Show Fleece accepted on Saturday)
  • 7:00am to 9:00am - Browsing, buying or reserving Used Equipment will NOT be permitted before 9am
  • 9:00am - 6:00pm - Used Equipment available for purchase
  • 9:00am to completion - Fleece Show (fleece available for purchase after each class is judged)
  • 5:00pm to 6:00pm - Sale-Only Fleece available for purchase
Sunday June 8
  • 9:00am to Noon - Check in for Used Equipment & Sale-Only Fleece
  • 9:00am to 4:30pm - Used Equipment, Sale-Only Fleece, & Show Fleece available for purchase
  • Pickup by 5:30pm - unsold Used Equipment & Sale-Only Fleece
  • 5:00pm - 6:30pm - Pick up Show Fleece


Rules and Information for Sellers
​Participating in the Consignment Marketplace

Consignment Marketplace is a Curated Event

  • Minimum Price per item: $10.00
    • ​​Whole dollar selling price only!​
  • FFNW retains a 10% donation of the selling price of your item, so please set your price accordingly
  • Any and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Seller
  • ​​Payments - We will make every effort to send the money you are due within 30 days after the close of the show
    • In the event that a check or credit card payment is returned to us unpaid for any reason
      • You will be notified within 30 days after the close of the show
      • Your payment will be issued within three days after we collect the funds

Used Equipment & ​Sale-Only Fleece (unjudged)

​Rules
  • Drop off location is the Cashier’s Desk in the Pavilion
    • All items must be checked in and out at the Cashier’s Desk (aka Registrar)
  • All items entered will be inspected by Fiber Fusion Northwest (FFNW) Staff and must be deemed appropriate for our event
  • FFNW reserves the right to refuse entry of any item presented, to limit # of entries per individual, and to limit overall # of entries at the event
  • ​A seller may only enter 10 items at a time.  This # may be increased by FFNW Staff as space permits during the sale.
  • All Items must have an official sale tag attached
    • It is highly recommended that sale tags be downloaded and completed before arriving for check-in
      • Blank tags will be available at the registration desk
  • All unsold items must be picked up by their owners by 5:30 pm on Sunday
Used Equipment Details
  • All Used Equipment items must be related to fiber preparation, fiber arts, or some form of fiber related activity
  • The following will NOT be accepted for entry in the sale:
    • Not Accepted: Items unrelated to fiber, fiber processing, fiber animals, or fiber arts.
    • No Accepted: Magazines, finished goods (such as roving, bats, yarn, clothing, blankets, jewelry), books unrelated to fiber processing
Sale-Only Fleece Details (Unjudged Raw Fleece Only)
  • Includes fleeces entered for sale, but NOT judged or evaluated in our Fleece Show
  • All types and grades of fiber including wool, mohair, cashmere, pygora, alpaca, llama, and angora
  • Sold by the bag (no partial amounts)
  • Current year's shearing only (sheared within 12 months of the event)
    • ​​MUST be unwashed pest-free fleece​​
