2024 Policy:
COVID-19 continues to be a global health emergency. Effective, safe, and life-saving COVID-19 vaccines, as well as new treatments for those infected, have made it possible for us to feel confident that we can gather safely. We will continue to evaluate and implement measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, we cannot guarantee that participants, vendors, teachers, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
Face Masks – As we continue to care for each other (and understand that individuals face different risks from COVID-19 infection), we encourage all attendees to wear face masks. Current guidelines for Washington State Departments of Public Health masking is highly recommended but not required. Please be respectful of both those who choose to wear a mask and those who do not. If you choose to refrain from wearing a mask, please try to maintain social distancing whenever possible.
Individual teachers may require proof of vaccination or that masks are worn during their classes. If a class has either or both of these requirements, it will be noted in the class details.
The policy will be updated as necessary, based on masking and vaccine guidance and requirements from city, state, or federal authorities.
