Safe Space

We want to warmly welcome everyone to Fiber Fusion!

We strive to be a safe space for all.

As such, we are committed to including everyone.  We do not tolerate racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or otherwise bigoted ideologies in our space.  We love and accept all and treat them as valued members of our fiber community.  We guarantee a safe space to learn, explore, and shop.

COVID Policy

It is still a unique time...
We now know that COVID-19 is here to stay for the foreseeable future.  Effective, safe, and life-saving COVID-19 vaccines, as well as new treatments for those infected, have made it possible for us to feel confident that we can gather safely.  We will continue to follow all policies set forth by Washington State, Snohomish County, Evergreen State Fairgrounds and the Centers for Disease Control.  However, we cannot guarantee that participants, vendors, teachers, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

Face Masks – As we continue to care for each other (and understand that individuals face different risks from COVID-19 infection), we support all attendees, vendors, instructors, and volunteers who choose to wear face masks.  Current guidelines for Washington State Departments of Public Health recommends masking for certain individuals in certain scenarios, but otherwise is not required. Please be respectful of both those who choose to wear a mask and those who do not.

Individual teachers may require proof of vaccination or that masks are worn during their classes.  If a class has either or both of these requirements, it will be noted in the class details.

The policy will be updated as necessary, based on masking and vaccine guidance and requirements from city, state, or federal authorities.
