Required Skills: Beginners and intermediate felters

Class Description:  We will needlefelt a bluebird and build its nest using multiple shapes, curls and wool. The nest will be decorated with curls, artificial flowers/greenery and any found items the student would like to bring. If time allows, we will add a bluebird egg to the nest.

Student Should Bring to Class: Excitement and enthusiasm for learning felting

Supplies Provided by Instructor (included in Materials Fee):  

The starter kit will consist of:

  • Mat
  • 7 needles
  • 2 finger cots
  • Needle holder
  • Awl

There will be multi-colored finishing wool, core wool, pipe cleaner, wire, artificial greenery and flowers and dyed curls to choose from.


Day: Saturday

Time: 1:30 to 5:00
