Learn how to play with fiber to create mesmerizing slow-changing gradient yarns! There are lots of ways to manipulate color – including using all of those beautiful hand-dyed braids you’ve stashed over the years. Learn how to deconstruct braids, choosing color placement, and how to ply while maintaining matching colors.
Required Skills: Must be able to make a continuous yarn; helpful if you know how to ply. Should have a good working relationship with your wheel.

Supplies Student Should Bring to Class: Bring your wheel and all of its accessories, a lazy kate, handcards if you have them. Optional: Bring one or two of your own hand-dyed braids.
Supplies Provided by Instructor: Spinning fiber.
