Location: 4-H Building
Class Description: Using a combination of wet/dry felting techniques, silk and bamboo fibers with embroidery details, a pastoral scene of grazing sheep will be created. The felting process will be explained, a canvas created, and fibers laid out in a “painterly” fashion, and then wet felted. Some needle felting and embroidery will be done, but due to time constraints, the picture will be completed at home. All materials and instructions to do this will be provided. Join this fun class and let the fibers do the talking!
Required Skills: Beginner
Students Should Bring to Class: Pair of small, sharp scissors
