Location: 4-H Building
Class Description: A class for anyone who wants to learn about those other fiber animals. This is a brief overview class covering 8 fibers. We will discuss and get a chance to spin the camelids - llama, alpaca, and camel down, mohair from the angora goat, dog fur, angora rabbit, and one mystery fiber.
Required Skills: Advanced beginner or intermediate spinner comfortable with trying all kinds of new fibers.
Students Should Bring to Class: A good functioning spinning wheel or e-spinner (and battery) that they are familiar with
Supplies Provided by Instructor: Informative handout and a bag full of fibers to try
