Location: 4-H Building
Class Description: Using a “resist”, we will explore the design possibilities of wet felting a 3D bowl. You will have a choice of several different base colors, plus specialty effect fibers such as
bamboo and/or silk fibers to decorate the bowl. Also, please feel free to bring embellishments of
your own choosing, such as feathers, beads, buttons and “found” items (pine ones, leaves, dried flowers) to make a truly personalized piece of art.
Required Skills: No previous skills required! Beginners welcome!
Students Should Bring to Class: Please bring a small pair of sharp scissors and a large bath towel
Supplies Provided by Instructor: Instructor will provide everything needed to complete the bowl in class: wool, specially fibers, rolling noodle, resist, netting and plastic
