Farm Friends:  Needle Felting totebag/throw pillow

Location: 4-H Building


Description: Students will learn techniques to use wool roving, carded art batts, and longwool locks to create a dimensional design similar to Applique on your choice of a totebag/throw pillow. Your creativity will soar as you choose from one of five different designs: a horse, two different fluffy Highland Cow designs, a Fluffy Romney sheep, or Angora Rabbits. Students get to choose their favorite colors as well. The instructor will walk you through every step and share tips and techniques to help you create a unique project that you will be proud of.


Required Skills:  This is a beginner friendly class,no prior needle felting skills are needed.

Students Should Bring to Class: Sharp scissors 

Supplies Provided by Instructor: All materials, supplies, fiber and tools will be provided for use in class to complete one finished project
