Vendors Registration

We welcome vendors of natural fiber and fiber-related products.

Vendors - NEW THIS YEAR!
​Please read everything before filling out the form.

Due to overwhelming requests and other considerations,
we have chosen to become a juried show.

This means that everyone needs to fill out the application form.
We will be reviewing entries carefully.
We are currently in our 2nd review pass ending on March 17th.
Vendors will be notified of jury results on March 19th via email.

Returning Vendors:
Please do not panic, almost everyone will be invited back again this year.

Important Dates
First Jury Process:
  • Now - Feb 26          Vendor Applications for Jury accepted (Returning and New)
  • Mar 1                       Jury results will be emailed
  • Mar 1 - Mar 25        Registration for approved vendors at Early Bird Rate
  • Mar 26 - Mar 31      Registration continues for approved vendors at Regular Rate
    • PLEASE:  If paying after Mar 31, you must notify us of your intention to return, so we can hold your spot

Second Jury Process:
  • Feb 27 - Mar 17      Vendor Applications for Jury accepted  (Returning and New)
  • Mar 19                     Jury results will be emailed
  • Mar 15 - Mar 31      Registration for approved vendors at Early Bird Rate
  • Apr 1 - Apr 15.        Registration continues for approved vendors at Regular Rate
    • PLEASE:  If paying after Apr 15, you must notify us of your intention to return, so we can hold your spot

  • Apr 15                     Ad Copy must be received and approved to be included in the Event Guide

​Note:  Classes are now Friday - Sunday.  The rest of the event is on the weekend only.

Rates

Please Note:

  • Listed prices are for booth space only and does NOT include table, chairs, or barriers
  • ​8' tables are available for $13 each
  • Folding metal chairs are available for $5 each
  • We do not charge for electricty. Most booths have access.
  • Wi Fi is usually available throughout the fairgrounds
Event Hours
Set-up:
  • Friday, June 6, 2025 - 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm (Warning: classes are in session on Friday, please drive carefully!)
  • Saturday, June 7, 2025  - 6:00 am – 8:30 am
  • Sunday, June 8, 2025 - 7:30 am - 8:30 am​
Event Hours: 
  • Vendors onsite by 8:30am  (Cars must be properly parked by 8:45am)​
  • Saturday, June 7, 2025 - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Sunday, June 8, 2025 - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • All vendors must remain open during all event hours.
​Tear-down:
  • Sunday, June 8, 2025 - 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Breakdown of booths must not begin until  after 5:00 pm  on Sunday
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Registration confirmations will be sent out via e-mail when completed registrations are received
  • Both registration and payment must be received to be considered complete
Vendors who have been assigned space, but are unable to attend must notify the Vendor Coordinator
  • If you cancel and we confirm by May 15, 2025, 75% of fees paid to NSAA/Fiber Fusion Northwest will be refunded
  • No fees will be refunded for cancellations received after May 15, 2025
  • This covers any cancellation due to circumstances outside of the control of Fiber Fusion Northwest
​Subletting of any vendor space is not allowed
  • Only Fiber Fusion Northwest can reassign space that has been freed by a cancellation
Sales Tax
Warning:  Please check the website below as the rate may have changed
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Washington sales tax
  • As required by RCW 82.32.033, each vendor who will make or solicit retail sales of tangible personal property or services at an event must have a valid tax registration number with the Washington Department of Revenue (DOR)
