We welcome vendors of natural fiber and fiber-related products to participate in Fiber Fusion. While we wish everyone could join us, there are now more vendors interested than we have space to accommodate. As such, we are a juried show. This means there is an application and review process for all vendors (returning and new). A vendor only needs to apply once into the jury pool. We will conduct three reviews of the jury pool to decide on who to invite as vendors. If a vendor is invited to the show, they will then need to register and pay their booth fee.

Timeline
- Vendor Applications into the jury pool will continue to be accepted throughout the entire jury review process. You only need to apply for the jury pool once.
- We will snapshot the jury pool at the application deadline for the jury review.
- We will close the official application process when we do the final jury review, but you can contact the Vendor Coordinator to be put on the waitlist.
- If you are accepted into the show, you have until the Early Bird registration deadline to register at the discounted Early Bird price. Registrations occurring afterward will be at the regular registration rate.

- Vendors onsite by 8:30am (Cars must be properly parked by 8:45am)
- Saturday, June 6, 2026 - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Sunday, June 7, 2026 - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- All vendors must remain open during all event hours.
- Sunday, June 7, 2026 - 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Breakdown of booths must not begin until after 5:00 pm on Sunday
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Registration confirmations will be sent out via e-mail when completed registrations are received
- Both registration and payment must be received to be considered complete
- If you cancel and we confirm by May 15, 2026, 75% of fees paid to NSAA/Fiber Fusion Northwest will be refunded
- No fees will be refunded for cancellations received after May 15, 2026
- This covers any cancellation due to circumstances outside of the control of Fiber Fusion Northwest
- Only Fiber Fusion Northwest can reassign space that has been freed by a cancellation
Sales Tax

- Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Washington sales tax
- As required by RCW 82.32.033, each vendor who will make or solicit retail sales of tangible personal property or services at an event must have a valid tax registration number with the Washington Department of Revenue (DOR)
