2020 Online Vendor Registration

Thank you for joining us online at Fiber Fusion Northwest.

Please Note:
  • ​Only Returning Vendors may register for 2020.  If you vended in 2018 or 2019, please fill out the form below. 
  • If you are not a returning vendor, please do not fill out the form as it will be disregarded. (Please look into education option for this year and try again for our 2021 Event.)
  • As a 2020 Vendors, you have the option of choosing to participate in any or all of the online events at no additional charge.  We will not pressure you to participate in any online event or other online activities.  We hope you will, but want you to know that it is entirely up to you. 
    • If, and only if, you choose to participate as a Vendor in Fiber Fusion's large event on the weekend of October 17th and 18th, we are requesting a donated item.
  • Additionally:  2020 Vendors who raise Fiber Animals may be added to our Fiber Farms list at no additional charge.  After filling out the Vendor Registration form, please fill out the Fiber Farm Registration Form to be added to the list.  Click here to go to the Farmlife page.

Instructions:
(Please read completely before registering)

1.  Complete the Vendor Registration form below. 
      (We ask that all Vendors register online, payments may be made online or by check)


2. Click the 'submit' button when you have completed the form.

        This will take you to a page for payment options:
              $10 pays for your listing on our website for 2020 Online
                                                       - OR -
              $20 pays for both your listing and a logo/picture on the website

  • Please email vendorinfo@fiberfusion.net with your logo/picture or with a note asking to use the logo/picture on the 2019 Vendor Listing Page.

    If you are not a returning vendor from 2018 or 2019, please stop here. We are not accepting new vendors for 2020. Please take a look at some of the other opportunities we are providing such as Education and Farmlife.

    We offer 10x5, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20 and rarely 10x30.
    Please provide information as you wold like it to appear on the Fiber Fusion website. We reserve the right to edit the wording of your listing due to space or other requirements.

    By Clicking on the 'Submit' button below, Vendor agrees to comply with the following:

    1. Fiber Fusion Northwest requires that vendors deal in natural fibers and fiber-animal related materials, crafts, products and/or services.
    2. Vendors will be listed on the Fiber Fusion Website.
    3. Vendors can choose to participate in any and all online events in 2020.
    4. If Vendor chooses to participate in the October 17th and 18th Fiber Fusion Event, Vendors agree to donate one item ($20+ value) to the Fiber Fusion Northwest Raffle.  Raffle item will be mailed no later than September 1st, 2020 to an address yet to be determined.​
    5. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax if required.   (As required by RCW 82.32.033, each vendor who will make or solicit retail sales of tangible personal property or services at an event must have a valid tax registration number with the Washington Department of Revenue.)
    6. Fiber Fusion Northwest does not provide insurance for craft vendors or their products. The vendor agrees to hold harmless, defend and protect Fiber Fusion Northwest and North Sound Alpaca Association from any claims, demands, suits, damages, losses, costs, or expenses which might arise out of any action or failure to act by Fiber Fusion Northwest or any of its officers, representatives, etc., and to hold Fiber Fusion Northwest harmless from any and all liability and responsibility arising from any accident or injury sustained by the vendor’s participation in or presence at the aforesaid event.
    7. It is understood and agreed that the North Sound Alpaca Association and the Evergreen Fairgrounds, its officers, agents and employees shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person, property or animals. The undersigned also agrees to hold harmless the above parties for any expenses or liabilities incurred including attorney’s fees.
