Class Cancellation & Refund Policies 2019
Cancellation & Refund Policy If no space is available for a class you have registered for, you will be notified. You will have the option to be added to the Wait List for that class depending on space availability or receive a refund. If the class for which you have registered is canceled by the Show, you will have the option to transfer your registration fees to a different class or receive a refund.
If you have received a Registration Confirmation for a class and want to cancel or request a class change, notify Lisa Lewis at 360-391-7308 or [email protected] . A $5 fee will apply to each cancellation or change request, up to a maximum fee of $20, before October 2019. No refunds for cancellations or requests to change classes after October 1, 2019, unless your space can be filled from the Waiting List, and then you will receive a refund minus all cancellation/change fee(s) that apply.
If you have received a discounted rate for multiple class purchases and cancel a portion of classes for which you are registered, your discount will be adjusted accordingly and reflected in your refund.
