Some examples of items NOT accepted:
Books or magazines unrelated to fiber, fiber processing, fiber animals, or fiber arts.
Yarn, processed fiber, jewelry, paintings, blankets, sweaters, scarfs, hats, and other finished fiber arts items, etc.

Rules and Information for Sellers Participating in the
Used Equipment, Show Fleece Sale, & Unjudged Fleece Sale
The Used Equipment, Show Fleece Sale, & Unjudged Fleece Sale are all a curated event.
- All items entered will be inspected by Fiber Fusion Northwest (FFNW) staff and must be deemed appropriate for our event
- FFNW reserves the right to refuse entry of any item presented, to limit # of entries per individual, and to limit overall # of entries at the event
- All items must be tagged
- The minimum sale price for any item is $10.00
- Please enter a whole dollar selling price, we reserve the right to adjust the selling price to the nearest whole dollar amount.
- Any and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Seller
- Payments - We will make every effort to send the money you are due within 30 days after the close of the show
- In the event that a check or credit card payment is returned to us unpaid for any reason
- You will be notified within 30 days after the close of the show
- Your payment will be issued within three days after we collect the funds
- In the event that a check or credit card payment is returned to us unpaid for any reason
Judged (Show) Fleece Sale
- Judged Show Fleece must be pre-registered
- Show Fleece are not sold under Used Equipment and Unjudged (Sale-Only) Fleeces
- Show Fleeces marked for sale are sold separately from Unjudged Fleeces.

Used Equipment & Unjudged (Sale-Only) Fleece
- Used Equipment and Unjudged Fleeces may be presented for entry:
- Friday from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday from 9:00 am to noon
- Drop off location is the Cashier’s Desk in the Pavilion
- All items must be checked in and out at the Cashier’s Desk (aka Registrar)
- All Items must have an official sale tag attached
- It is highly recommended that sale tags be downloaded and completed before arriving for check-in
- TBlank tags will be available at the registration desk
- FFNW reserves the right to limit the number of items that may be entered into the sale by any one seller
- FFNW retains a 10%. donation of the selling price of your item, so please set your price accordingly
- All unsold items must be picked up by their owners by 5:30 pm on Sunday
- All Used Equipment items must be related to fiber preparation, fiber arts, or some form of fiber related activity
- FFNW reserves the right to refuse entry of any item presented
- All types of fiber including wool, mohair, cashmere, pygora, alpaca, llama, and angora
- Unwashed pest-free fleece only
- Current year's shearing only (sheared within 12 months of the event)
