Used Equipment, Show Fleece, & Unjudged Fleece Sale
The Used Equipment, Show Fleece and Unjudged Fleece Sale are all a curated event.
Judged (Show) Fleeces
Used Equipment & Unjudged (Sale-Only) Fleeces
- All items entered will be inspected by Fiber Fusion Northwest (FFNW) staff and must be deemed appropriate for our event.
- FFNW reserves the right to refuse entry of any item presented.
- All items must be tagged.
- The minimum sale price for any item is $5.00.
- Any and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Seller.
- Payments - We will make every effort to send the money you are due within 14 days after the close of the show. In the event that a check or credit card payment is returned to us unpaid for any reason, you will be paid within three days after we collect the funds.
Judged (Show) Fleeces
- Judged Fleeces must be dropped off no later than 7pm on Friday June 3rd.
- Go to our website's Show Fleece page for additional drop off options.
- Judged Fleeces drop off location is at the Fleece Show in the Pavilion.
- Judged Fleeces marked for sale are shown then placed out on sale tables.
- Show Fleece are not sold under Used Equipment and Unjudged Fleeces.

Used Equipment & Unjudged (Sale-Only) Fleeces
- Used Equipment and Unjudged Fleeces may be presented for entry:
- Friday from 1:00pm until 7:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Sunday from 9:00am to noon.
- Drop off location is the Cashier’s Desk in the Pavilion.
- All items must be checked in and out at the Cashier’s Desk (aka Registrar).
- All Items must have an official sale tag attached.
- It is highly recommended that sale tags be downloaded and completed before arriving for check-in.
- There will be blank tags available at the registration desk.
- FFNW reserves the right to limit the number of items that may be entered into the sale by any one seller.
- FFNW retains a 10%. donation of the selling price of your item, so please set your price accordingly.
- All unsold items must be picked up by their owners by 5:00pm on Sunday.
- Used Equipment
- All Used Equipment items must be related to fiber preparation, fiber arts, or some form of fiber related activity. FFNW reserves the right to refuse entry of any item presented.
- Unjudged (Sale-Only) Fleeces
- All types of fiber including wool, mohair, cashmere, pygora, alpaca, llama, and angora.
- Unwashed pest-free fleece only.
- Current year's shearing only (sheared within 12 months of the event.)
