Vendors Registration

We welcome vendors of natural fiber and fiber-related products.

Vendors
-Returning & Approved New Vendors-

  • Reminder: Returning Vendors are those who vended at our event the previous year (approved exceptions only).
  • Please register for your past booth size or:  ​
    • If you wish to register for a different size booth, please email [email protected] for availability
    • Locations will be decided based on last year's location, booth size, order of registrations, and products.  We will attempt to accommodate requests for placements next to friends or other concerns.
  • Approved New Vendors ONLY
    • If you have received confirmation of acceptance, please register for your approved booth size.

New Vendors
 - Approval Decided by Jury - 

  • Important: New vendors are chosen by jury and must be approved.
  • Warning: If you use the Returning Vendor payment without approval, your money and entry will be returned to you.
  • New Vendors interested in being judged are welcome to fill out the form below.  Please review Important Dates information below.
  • Applications received by February 22 are in the final process of review and those vendors will be notified very soon.
  • Applications received after February 22 will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and kept on a waitlist unless a spot becomes available.

Important Dates
Registration:
  • Now - March 1          Registration open to returning vendors only (at Early Bird Rate)
  • Feb 22 - Mar 1           Registration open to new vendors at Early Bird Rate (subject to jury selection)
  • After March 1            Registration open to all vendors at Regular Rate (subject to jury selection)
Event:
  • June  2                        Set-Up Day
  • June 3                         Fiber Fusion Northwest Event - Saturday
  • June 4                         Fiber Fusion Northwest Event - Sunday
Rates

Please Note:

  • Listed prices are for booth space only and does NOT include table, chairs, or barriers.
  • ​8' tables are available for $12 each.
  • Folding metal chairs are available for $3 each.
  • Some booths have access to electricity.
  • Wi Fi is usually available throughout the fairgrounds.
Event Hours
Set-up:
  • Friday, June 2, 2023 - 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Saturday, June 3, 2023  - 6:00 am – 8:30 am
  • Sunday, June 4, 2023 - 7:30 am - 8:30 am​
Event Hours: 
  • Vendors onsite by 8:30am.  (Cars must be properly parked by 8:45am.)
  • Saturday, June 3, 2023 - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Sunday, June 4, 2023 - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • All vendors must remain open during all event hours.
​Tear-down:
  • Sunday, June 4, 2023 - 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Breakdown of booths must not begin until  after 5:00 pm  on Sunday.
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Registration confirmations will be sent out via e-mail when completed registrations are received.
  • Both registration and payment must be received to be considered complete.  
Vendors who have been assigned space, but are unable to attend must notify Vendor Chairperson.
  • If you cancel and we confirm by May 15, 2023, 75% of fees paid to NSAA/Fiber Fusion Northwest will be refunded.
  • No fees will be refunded for cancellations received after May 15, 2023.
  • This covers any cancellation due to circumstances outside of the control of Fiber Fusion Northwest.
​Subletting of any vendor space is not allowed.
  • Only Fiber Fusion Northwest can reassign space that has been freed by a cancellation.
Sales Tax
Warning:  Please check the website below as the rate may have changed.
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Washington sales tax. 
  • As required by RCW 82.32.033, each vendor who will make or solicit retail sales of tangible personal property or services at an event must have a valid tax registration number with the Washington Department of Revenue. 
  • For further information, please visit the WA State DOR website at http://dor.wa.gov .
Demonstations
Demonstrations are a great way to drive traffic to your booth.  If you’d like to give demonstrations, reach out to us with the button below.

We offer special rates to vendors on advertisement.
  • This is available during the registration process.

Get your logo or picture displayed on the 2023 Vendors page on the Fiber Fusion website for $10.
