Vendors -Returning & Approved New Vendors-
Reminder: Returning Vendors are those who vended at our event the previous year (approved exceptions only).

Locations will be decided based on last year's location, booth size, order of registrations, and products. We will attempt to accommodate requests for placements next to friends or other concerns.

Rates
Please Note:
Listed prices are for booth space only and does NOT include table, chairs, or barriers.
8' tables are available for $12 each.
Folding metal chairs are available for $3 each.
Some booths have access to electricity.
Wi Fi is usually available throughout the fairgrounds.

Set-up:
Friday, June 2, 2023 - 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Saturday, June 3, 2023 - 6:00 am – 8:30 am
Sunday, June 4, 2023 - 7:30 am - 8:30 am
Event Hours:
Vendors onsite by 8:30am. (Cars must be properly parked by 8:45am.)
Saturday, June 3, 2023 - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday, June 4, 2023 - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
All vendors must remain open during all event hours.
Tear-down:
Sunday, June 4, 2023 - 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Breakdown of booths must not begin until after 5:00 pm on Sunday.
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Registration confirmations will be sent out via e-mail when completed registrations are received.
Both registration and payment must be received to be considered complete.
Vendors who have been assigned space, but are unable to attend must notify Vendor Chairperson.
If you cancel and we confirm by May 15, 2023, 75% of fees paid to NSAA/Fiber Fusion Northwest will be refunded.
No fees will be refunded for cancellations received after May 15, 2023.
This covers any cancellation due to circumstances outside of the control of Fiber Fusion Northwest.
Subletting of any vendor space is not allowed.
Only Fiber Fusion Northwest can reassign space that has been freed by a cancellation.
Sales Tax

Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Washington sales tax.
As required by RCW 82.32.033, each vendor who will make or solicit retail sales of tangible personal property or services at an event must have a valid tax registration number with the Washington Department of Revenue.
