Block Printing

Class Description: Block printing, an age-old technique, takes a modern twist in this class! Learn how to design and craft blocks which you will use for printing your own T-shirt or other garment. Or, if you chose, you can use blocks from the instructor's "Block Library" some of which are antique blocks from India and Bavaria. All materials are provided, except for 3 to 5 garments which you bring to class. One student printed her pantyhose once, so don’t feel you are restricted to T-shirts!
Student Should Bring to Class: Students provide their own clothing pieces they wish to adorn
Supplies Provided by Instructor (included in the Materials Fee): Supplies to make student’s unique print blocks, and have access to the instructor’s print block library (from India and Bavaria)
