Fiber Farm Registration

Thank you for joining us online at Fiber Fusion Northwest

Please Note:
  • All those who raise fiber animals in the Pacific Northwest are welcome to register. ​
  • 2020 Vendors who raise Fiber Animals may register for no additional charge.  Please register below and skip the payment option.
  • While Fiber Farms are not required to participate in any online activities or events, we hope you will take advantage of the opportunities Fiber Fusion will provide to share your experiences with the fiber community.
  • We reserve the right to deny any farm's registration (with full refund).

Instructions:

1.  Complete the Fiber Farm Registration form below.

2.  Click on the (?) buttons below for instructions for each questions.


3.  Click the 'submit' button when you have completed the form.

         This will take you to a page for payment options:
                $5 pays for your listing on our website for 2020 Online
                                                       - OR -
              $15 pays for both your listing and a logo/picture on the website

  • Please email info@fiberfusion.net with your logo/picture or with a note asking to use the logo/picture on the Vendor Listing Page.

    Fiber Fusion Northwest Fiber Farm Registration Form

    Anyone who raises Fiber Animals may register as a Fiber Farm. 2020 Vendors may register at no additional charge.
    Only give your Vendor Business name if you registered as a returning Vendor for 2020
    For Fiber Fusion info only. Your phone contact info will not be included on the website.

    Examples: Instagram, Ravelry, Etsy, etc.
    Please provide information as you wold like it to appear on the Fiber Fusion website. People like to see what animals you raise, how many, and what size your farm is. You are welcome to share whatever information you would like the public to see. We reserve the right to edit the wording of your listing due to space or other requirements.
    This information will only be used internally by Fiber Fusion Northwest for tracking purposes. If you would like the number of animals to be listed, please include that information in your description above.

    By Clicking on the 'Submit' button below, Fiber Farm agrees to comply with the following:

    1. Fiber Fusion Northwest requires that Fiber Farms deal in fiber animals, natural fibers and fiber-animal related materials, crafts, products and/or services.
    2. Fiber Fusion Northwest requires that farms be located in the Pacific Northwest.
    3. Fiber Farms will be listed on the Fiber Fusion Website.
    4. Fiber Farms can choose to participate in any online events in 2020.
    5. Fiber Farms are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax if required.
    6. Fiber Fusion Northwest does not provide insurance for Fiber Farms or their products. The Fiber Farm agrees to hold harmless, defend and protect Fiber Fusion Northwest and North Sound Alpaca Association from any claims, demands, suits, damages, losses, costs, or expenses which might arise out of any action or failure to act by Fiber Fusion Northwest or any of its officers, representatives, etc., and to hold Fiber Fusion Northwest harmless from any and all liability and responsibility arising from any accident or injury sustained by the farmer's participation in or presence at the aforesaid event.
    7. It is understood and agreed that the North Sound Alpaca Association and the Evergreen Fairgrounds, its officers, agents and employees shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person, property or animals. The undersigned also agrees to hold harmless the above parties for any expenses or liabilities incurred including attorney’s fees.
